It sometimes bothers me that I don't seem to have a real focus to the sorts of art (I use the term loosely) that I create and post here. I suppose if I were more serious, I would pick a medium and master it.  As far as I know, there aren't many photographer/cartoonists/fantasy artists out there, and if there are any, they probably have the good sense to organize their online portfolios according to medium and theme. Once again, I realize that I haven't submitted much, over the past few months: so much for joining this site as a means of motivating myself to keep producing and publishing original material... It's been awhile since I last uploaded any material. Submitted for your approval (or not), is the result of my recent experiments with vector illustration. "On the Road to Miss Adventure" has been a real learning experience. I make no claims to it being great art, but it was a project that was considerably more involved than my previous cartooning efforts. In particular, it was my first vector illustration where the concept of "craftsmanship" started to eclipse my desire to simply get it done as quickly as possible.
